Dominic Doe - Learning SME & Practice Leader

I joined Maritz in 2005, bringing with me over 20 years sales experience in both the automotive and financial sectors.

Prior to joining Maritz my last role was to create and head the ‘MG Rover Sales Academy’. This involved gathering a new team of skilled professionals to design and deliver a programme, including recruitment, development and sales & leadership training, to directly assist retailers in their efforts to attract and retain quality employees.

Since joining Maritz I have designed and led several key learning programmes, with particular focus on retailer development in response to customer experience metrics.

In my spare time I enjoy racing around Europe on my treasured motor bike and treating my family to one of my many culinary dishes.
