Nick Bender - Managing Director

I began my career as a travel representative at Thomas Cook and my love of travel and events has kept me busy ever since. Joining Maritz 10 years ago has given me the opportunity to be part of the thriving performance improvement industry, which I find both energising and varied. I get excited watching our people work, creating fabulous solutions, awards and experiences.

I’m passionate about the pursuit of client delight and with the support of a great team here at Maritz, I’m glad to say it’s a goal we hit again and again.

As a father of four, I’m kept pretty busy outside of work - to say the least. But I still find time for my gardening, and am hoping to be self sufficient in fruit and vegetables this year. I’d also love to compete in Masterchef, so my family are often treated to some exotic concoctions I am trialling. You’ll have to ask them how good I am!
