Maritz Launches Bespoke Integrated Recognition Campaign

14th May, 2007 - Performance improvement specialist Maritz today announced the launch of a bespoke integrated recognition programme for an unnamed pharmaceutical client. Worth £75,000, the project includes a specially designed and branded Exclusively Yours (ey) card, members pack and website.

Maritz’ creative department designed the card’s unique look and feel with the programme name ‘be’. It also developed a campaign structure that aligned with the company’s values to encourage staff to ‘be recognised’, ‘be inspired’, ‘be a winner’ and so forth.

The 800+ employees will be able to redeem their reward points through the 35 retailers currently part of the Maritz ey portfolio. Cards were produced and in stock by early May and the programme will go live at the end of this month.

Sally Hunter, ey Product Manager at Maritz, commented:
"Although the ey card is used by thousands of people, this is the first time we have developed totally bespoke branding for the ey card and online recognition portal as part of an integrated campaign."
