DMS joins Grass Roots Group under Maritz Europa Management

1 August, 2007 - The Grass Roots Group PLC has announced the addition of Delegate Management Services (DMS) to its growing family of businesses. Headquartered in Fleet, in Hampshire, DMS is a specialist in providing high tech, but high touch, delegate services for conference and delegate events.

DMS has offices in the UK and the USA and will add to the Grass Roots range of offers available to some of the world’s best known and largest corporate entities. DMS will remain headquartered in Fleet, in Hampshire, and no job losses are planned.

David Evans, Chairman and Founder of Grass Roots, commented:

The business will fall into the management circle of Maritz Europa, under its leader and Managing Director, Nick Bender.
