Maritz appoints new Heads of Client Services and Sales Strategy

16th January, 2008 – Performance improvement specialist Maritz has announced the promotion of Lindesay Brown to Director, Client Services and of Graham Burt to Director, Sales Strategy.

Lindesay, who has worked in the performance improvement industry for over 11 years, takes over the reins from Graham Burt with whom he has worked for the past three years as an Account Director, offering a consultative approach to solving clients’ national, pan-European and global business issues across sectors including IT, telecoms, retail and oil & gas.

Following a transition period, Graham, who has been with Maritz for 17 years, will move to his new role as Director, Sales Strategy, concentrating on the future sales strategy of Maritz and its two sister companies, live events agency MMM and DMS (Delegate Management Systems).Nick Bender, Managing Director of Maritz, commented: “Following a period of expansion and growth, during which we have inducted two businesses into the group, we now need a wider sales perspective.  Graham will work closely with myself and the Managing Directors of MMM and DMS to direct our group sales strategy, while Lindesay steps up to maintain focus on growing the Maritz UK business and exceeding the expectations of our clients.”
