Maritz Director awarded M&IT Industry Personality of the Year

 

20th February, 2008 – Maritz, the performance improvement company, is delighted to announce that Aileen Reuter, Director, Marketing was voted M&IT Industry Personality of the Year at the Meetings & Incentive Travel Industry Awards gala presentation dinner held in London earlier this month.

Organised by Meetings & Incentive Travel magazine, the awards event brings together the various sectors of the business to reward excellence of service and product.

The award was in recognition of Aileen’s contribution to the Eventia One Future initiative, the primary focus of which is lower carbon event management, and her dedication to communicating the programme and its principles throughout the industry.

June, 2008 – David Evans, the Chairman and Chief Executive of international performance improvement business, Grass Roots Group and Chairman of Maritz, has been made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List.
