Licenced & Loaded: Ford challenges Maritz to create a motivational travel incentive for dealer sales managers, to maintain sales momentum at the end of a busy year.

To boost sales following the September plate change and to improve team performance, Maritz developed an aspirational travel-based incentive for car and commercial vehicle sales managers, plus partners. Ford's product placement in the Bond film 'Casino Royale' led the creative cue for the incentive, ‘Licenced and Loaded’.

Marrakech gave the ideal connection to Bond alongside opportunities for culture, luxury and adventure. The packed itinerary included a luxurious 5-star hotel stay, desert rally and black tie dinner in a 16th century fort. A Bond-themed competition ran for the duration of the trip, with every couple invited to try and break the combination of a mystery briefcase. Winners received a fantastic limited edition attaché case containing all the Bond movies.
