The big cat prowls the South African veldt. Jaguar and Maritz launch the new Jaguar XK Sports Car to the world's media in Stellenbosch.

The long awaited launch needed to incorporate dramatic drive routes and high prestige with a warm, aspirational location. A local winery was used exclusively to host 650 VIP global media representatives over a ten-week period, driving 42 cars shipped from the UK.

The itinerary, customised for each market, featured club class flights, on-site drives, wine tasting, scenic helicopter flights and laps on the Killarny racetrack. On-site support included a full operations unit, photographers, paramedics and a local valet crew.
